- Garden spinach Herb Tortilla Wraps – large for easy wrapping
- Pesto– blend fresh basil, avocado oil, salt, feta cheese and pecan or pine nuts to a paste
- Thin sliced grilled chicken – Thinly sliced
- Mozzarella – Thinly sliced
- Tomato – Thinly sliced
- Cucumber – Thinly sliced
- Summer squash – Thinly sliced
Spread the pesto thinly over the Garden Tortilla wrap. Toss the veggies in a bowl with a little Pesto Sauce. Spread the yummy ingredients across the tortilla wrap and roll up tightly. Slice into 1 ½ pieces.

Spread the hummus thinly over the whole wheat wrap. Be sure to thinly slice your ingredients and create a nice layer of flavor dejour. Roll tightly. Slice into 1 ½ inch pieces. You can make these ahead of time and keep refrigerated.
We stuffed the small peppers with the hummus, one with Taziki sauce and one with pesto and used them as a small natural container for extra sauces to drizzle over the wraps when ready to eat.
